If you love discovering new beauty products without having to buy full-size products before you know whether you’ll like them, IPSY can be a fun way to try something different each month.
I was excited to see what would arrive in my September bag, and this month I received a nice mix of hair care, makeup and beauty tools.
In this post, I’m sharing all of the Ipsy products September 2026 that I received, along with my first impressions of each one.
What’s Inside My Ipsy products september 2026 Bag?
My September IPSY package included:
- Karm Beauty Sunkissed Smoothie Hair Mask
- Spectrum Collection Soft Baddie 3 Piece Brush Set
- Girlactik Shadow Stick in Royalty
- Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Original Powder Bronzer
- Wingme Sheer Cloud Lip Oil in Plume
- A small purple IPSY drawstring bag
I like that this month’s selection gives me a little bit of everything. There is something for my hair, something for the eyes, a bronzer, a lip product and some new makeup brushes.
Let’s take a closer look at everything I received.
1. Karma Beauty Sunkissed Smoothie Hair Mask
The first product in my September bag is the Karma Beauty Sunkissed Smoothie Hair Mask, and I couldn’t wait to give it a try!
I’m always interested in hair masks because dry or aging hair can benefit from extra conditioning. As we get older, hair can sometimes become drier, finer, or more difficult to manage, making a nourishing hair treatment a welcome addition to a weekly routine.
What I like about hair masks is that they don’t require much effort. You can simply add one to your hair care routine when your hair needs extra moisture and conditioning.
My first-use results: After just one use, the Karma Beauty Sunkissed Smoothie Hair Mask left my hair feeling so soft and smelling amazing! It contains shea butter and argan oil, and I was pleasantly surprised that it moisturized my hair without weighing it down.
I know one use isn’t enough to determine the long-term benefits, but my first experience has been very positive. I’m looking forward to using it again and seeing how my hair feels with continued use.

2. Spectrum Collection Soft Baddie 3 Piece Brush Set
Next up is the Spectrum Collection Soft Baddie 3 Piece Brush Set.
You can never really have too many good makeup brushes, especially when you enjoy experimenting with different makeup products.
A small three-piece set is also convenient because it doesn’t take up much room in a makeup bag. These would be easy to keep in a travel makeup bag or use for everyday makeup.
IPSY included the Spectrum Collection Soft Baddie 3 Piece Brush Set among its September 2026 product selections.
My first impression: I like receiving makeup brushes in a beauty subscription because they’re practical and something I can continue using long after the other samples are gone.

3. Girlactik Shadow Stick in Royalty
The Girlactik Shadow Stick in Royalty was probably the most fun makeup product in my bag.
Royalty is a metallic purple shade, which makes it a little more dramatic than the neutral eyeshadows I tend to reach for every day.
The nice thing about an eyeshadow stick is how simple it is to use. You can swipe it directly onto your eyelid and blend it with your finger or a brush. Girlactik describes its Shadow Stick formula as long-wearing and crease-resistant, and the brand says the sticks can be blended, smudged or used to line the eyes.
For mature eyes, I especially like makeup products that don’t require a complicated application. An eyeshadow stick can be much quicker than working with several different powder shadows.
My first impression: Royalty is definitely a statement shade, but I think it could be fun for an evening look or when I want to add a little more color to my makeup.

4. Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Original Powder Bronzer
I was happy to see Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Original Powder Bronzer in my bag. Hoola is a classic bronzer that’s been around for years, so I was excited to finally have the opportunity to try it for myself.
Bronzer can be a great way to add warmth and dimension to your complexion, especially after applying foundation. The right shade can help bring a little life back to your makeup look without making it appear too heavy.
The Original shade is one of the Hoola options included in IPSY’s September lineup. It has a beautiful, natural-looking finish that adds a touch of warmth without appearing overly orange. I think it could be a versatile option for everyday makeup, including the softer, warmer looks I enjoy during fall.
For women over 40, I find that applying bronzer lightly and building the color gradually can help create a more natural appearance. I prefer starting with a small amount and adding more as needed.
My first impression: I’m looking forward to trying the Original Hoola shade to see how it works with my complexion. I’m especially curious whether I’ll prefer using it to warm up my entire face or for more targeted application along my cheekbones.

5. Wingme Sheer Cloud Lip Oil in Plume
The Wingme Sheer Cloud Lip Oil in Plume is another product I was happy to find in my bag.
Lip oils have become one of my favorite types of lip products because they can give lips a glossy, comfortable look without feeling as heavy as some traditional lip products.
As we get older, lips can also become drier, so I tend to appreciate lip products that give me some shine while keeping my lips looking soft and moisturized.
My first impression: Plume is a pretty option for a more natural-looking makeup day when I don’t want a bold lipstick. It’s another beautiful fall shade, and I love that it’s a lip oil because it adds color while helping keep my lips feeling moisturized instead of dry..
I can see myself keeping this one in my purse for quick touch-ups.

6. The Small Purple IPSY Drawstring Bag
Of course, I also received the little purple IPSY drawstring bag that came with my products.
I actually like getting the bags almost as much as the beauty products sometimes!
They’re useful for keeping smaller beauty items together, and this size would work well for makeup brushes, lip products or travel-size skincare.
It’s also a nice way to organize products that tend to get lost at the bottom of a larger makeup bag.

My Favorite Ipsy Products This Month
After looking at everything I received, I have a few products that I’m particularly interested in trying more.
Best for hair: Karm Beauty Sunkissed Smoothie Hair Mask
I’m always willing to give a new hair mask a try, especially when my hair needs extra softness and conditioning.
Best for eyes: Girlactik Shadow Stick in Royalty
The Royalty shade is definitely the most colorful product in my bag. It’s a fun change from everyday neutral makeup.
Best everyday makeup product: Benefit Hoola Original
Bronzer is one of those products that can easily become part of an everyday makeup routine, so I’m looking forward to getting more use out of this one.
Most convenient: Wingme Sheer Cloud Lip Oil
A lip oil is easy to throw into a purse and apply throughout the day, which makes it a practical addition to my makeup collection.
Was My September IPSY Bag Worth It?
Overall, I think this was a fun selection of products.
What I like most about IPSY is that it gives me the opportunity to try products I might not have picked up on my own. This month’s bag included a nice variety, from hair care and makeup brushes to eyeshadow, bronzer and lip color.
The Karm Beauty hair mask gives me something new to try for my hair, while the Girlactik Shadow Stick in Royalty adds a little color and fun to my makeup routine.
The Benefit Hoola bronzer is probably the most familiar name in the bag, and I’m especially interested in seeing how it works for my complexion.
I’ll update this post after I’ve had more time to use the products and can give you a better idea of which ones are worth adding to your beauty routine.
Final Thoughts on My September IPSY Products
My September bag was a good mix of practical and fun beauty products.
I received something for my hair, eyes, complexion and lips, along with a useful set of makeup brushes and the little purple IPSY bag.
If you’re considering trying IPSY, I think one of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to discover products and brands that you might not otherwise try.
For me, the real test is always what happens after the unboxing. A product can look great when it arrives, but I want to know whether I actually reach for it again and again.
I’ll be putting these Ipsy products September 2026 to the test and will update my favorites once I’ve had more time to use them.
